Új fejezetként megkezdtük a Pázmándi Mesefalu fejlesztés során hasznosnak talált források gyűjtését. Jelenleg még nincs megbontva a főcsoport, de szükség esetén altémákat lehet majd képezni. A most 30 tételből álló gyűjtemény jelentős része hazai példa. Várjuk a belépési jelszó igényeket a gaspar.matyas t-online.hu címen.Gáspár Mátyás - 2011-12-24 06:52:37
... started. You can follow our offgrid project development with the http://offgrid.blog.hu. The goal of the blog is to inform all relatives, friends and everyone, who is interested in our offgrid living case. You can put questions and comments, discuss, and we'll react, based on our real practice, experience. The first topics cover the physical and mental preparations. From 17th September - departure from Budapest - we'll give up to date information about how we - my wife Marika, son Andrew and his wife Agnes, and their doughter Skyia - organize our new, sustainable, offgrid life on the Big Island in Hawaii. The question is open ...Gáspár Mátyás - 2010-09-08 10:09:23
I was thinking about what you wrote and linked in your previous email (Andrew to his Father, see the picture)… so what if this “experiment” consisted of building a community from scratch, utilizing science, ancient wisdom, technology. All sustainable and working out the various dead-ends of the ego driven aspirations that degrade our environment. Of course this is a sort of permaculture setup, in which humans are stewarding the whole system with humility and tremendous responsibility. Everything could be used, Maslow’s Pyramid of needs, somewhat modified with Don Beck’s Spiral Dynamic approach, addressing even the “spiritual” or self-actualizational need of these models. Of course the above is only the intellectual mambo-jumbo, in practice this would mean joining an existing setup as such, perhaps connect several or similar ones all over the globe with the help of the internet, or if needed, purchasing a brand new piece of lot, off the grid, without any road, and start developing it with this spirit. A couple or a family can start it and invite and join “chosen” members of the extending family as this spirit allows (keeping sustainability, beauty, diversity, etc. in mind). There could be experiments according to this setup all over the land.. solar, wind, agricultural, all documented and shared with the rest of the world. The idea is ancient.. show, teach all “to live simply so that others could simply live.” This could be on youtube, twitter, and hands-on workshops, set up for weeks at a time for approved visitors to join and spend a little time in this environment. Rashani Rea is doing something of this sort already, with an angle of course as we all would. I’m not sure of the angle yet, perhaps that is the angle (of not knowing), as I don’t see for example “sustainability” as an “angle” but rather the only way there is. Permaculture or diversity to me are also the best solutions and are not “choices” for that reason. But if we wonder into “spirituality”, as if there was either-or… (understanding that either all is spiritual or none), besides non-duality (as I see it) everything has an angle, an approach, a practice. This land could “give shelter” to all those, while keeping the integrity of non-dualism (or not having an angle). Again, my words above are just fogging something that is already there, it is simple, it is pure, we just need to follow the path, others have built before us. Once we reach the ideal size of the community (meaning that almost all the needs are met of the community), it can be duplicated and kept within this ideal size (this also means the need for space and alone-ness). So in short… what is the ideal size and complexity of a community, that is completely sustainable, happy and lets others live and thrive without unnecessary suffering injected into the mix? What are the varieties of these communities and how can they connect, synchronize and ultimately constitute one-group mind for all? And let’s not forget.. although this is the only respectable and reasonable thing for us all to do.. perhaps this can even generate money by sharing our experiments and findings with the world.
